These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use by you, an individual, of the 7Ride ride hailing services (the “Services”) made available by 7Ride or its relevant subsidiary (as set out in Annex 1 herein) on the 7Ride Platform. Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and the relevant 7Ride ride hailing entity as set out in Annex 1 (“7Ride Rides”). For the purpose of these Terms, Ocelot & Lynx(ocelot & lynx.com). and its subsidiaries including but not limited to 7Ride and its respective subsidiaries are collectively referred to as the “7Ride Rides Group”.
The Services are made available on the 7Ride Platform and will be accessed in connection with services and content (including advertising) of 7Ride (7ride.net) that the 7Ride Rides Group does not control. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of the 7Ride Platform and they will be shared with you from time to time by 7Ride (7ride.net).
The Services enable you, through the 7Ride Platform, to arrange and schedule transportation services with independent third party providers... YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE 7RIDE RIDES GROUP DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 7Ride Rides grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the Services. You may not: (i) remove copyright notices; (ii) reproduce or modify the services; (iii) decompile or reverse engineer the software.
You must be at least 18 years of age to maintain an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
Users shall not engage in illegal activities such as sexual acts, drinking alcohol, smoking or carrying narcotics.
Charges are due immediately. 7Ride Platform will facilitate payment via digital methods. Repair or Cleaning Fees: You are responsible for the cost of repair for damage to Third Party Provider vehicles resulting from your use.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. THE 7RIDE RIDES GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Any dispute will be first mandatorily submitted to mediation proceedings under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The language of arbitration will be English.
