Ride Cancellation Policy

  • 1. Free Cancellation Window
    You can cancel a ride within 2 minutes of booking (or before a driver is assigned) without any charge.
  • 2. Cancellation After Grace Period
    If you cancel after 2 minutes and a driver is assigned, a cancellation fee will apply.
    • Usually equal to the minimum fare.
    • The app warns before charging.
    • No charge if delay is caused by the driver.
  • 3. Driver Arrival & No-Show Policy
    • Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at the pickup location.
    • If you do not respond or are not present, the ride may be marked as a no-show and cancelled.
    • A no-show fee may be charged for missed pickups.
  • 4. Scheduled (advance) rides
    • Cancel at least 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid fees.
    • Cancelling within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup may incur a fee.
    • If no driver has been assigned to the scheduled ride, cancellation will not incur a charge.
  • 5. Driver Cancellations
    If a driver cancels your ride, you will not be charged and an alternate driver will be assigned where possible.
  • 6. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
    • Contact our support team within 24 hours of the ride for any refund requests or disputes.
    • Valid issues may result in a refund or waiver of fees.
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
    • Outstanding balances (cash trips)
    • Cancellation or no-show fees for cash trips will be added to your account balance and must be settled before future bookings.
