Ride Cancellation Policy

  • 1. Free Cancellation Window
    You can cancel a ride within 2 minutes of booking (or before a driver is assigned) without any charge.
  • 2. Cancellation After Grace Period
    If you cancel after 2 minutes and a driver is assigned, a cancellation fee will apply.
    • Usually equal to the minimum fare.
    • The app warns before charging.
    • No charge if delay is caused by the driver.
  • 3. Driver Arrival & No-Show Policy
    • Driver waits up to 5 minutes at pickup.
    • No response may lead to ride cancellation.
    • No-show fee will be charged.
  • 4. Scheduled Rides
    • Cancel 60+ minutes before pickup = no fee.
    • Cancel within 60 minutes = fee may apply.
    • No charge if driver is not assigned.
  • 5. Driver Cancellations
    If the driver cancels, you will not be charged and another driver will be assigned.
  • 6. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
    • Contact support within 24 hours.
    • Valid issues may result in refund or fee waiver.
    • Refunds take 5–7 business days.
  • 7. Outstanding Balances (Cash Trips)
    Cancellation or no-show fees will be added to your account balance.
  • 8. Rider Responsibilities
    • Cancel early if plans change.
    • Be present at correct pickup location.
    • Repeated no-shows may cause account warnings.
  • 9. Transparency & Updates
    Policy updates will be shared via app or email.
